India–France to Boost Fashion Collaboration

Bharat Tex Trade Federation (BTTF) and Première Vision SA, a leading global platform for creative fashion, textiles and sourcing, signed an MoU at Première Vision exhibition in Paris. The agreement establishes a multi-year institutional partnership to strengthen India’s participation in the global fashion and textile ecosystem.

Connecting Indian Textiles with Global Markets

Première Vision, an international benchmark for the fashion industry for more than five decades, will provide Indian manufacturers, exporters, designers and artisans greater access to international buyers, fashion houses and premium sourcing networks.

A key objective is to help India move from volume-based textile exports towards high-value, design-led and premium products. Première Vision’s trend and market intelligence can help Indian businesses respond to global demand, particularly for high-quality and sustainable products.

The partnership comes after the conclusion of negotiations for the India–EU Free Trade Agreement (FTA) in January 2026.
