Ministry of Labour & Employment has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with FoundIt (Formerly Monster), a leading job portal. The MoU aims to enhance international & domestic employment opportunities for job seekers registered on National Career Service (NCS) Portal

Expanded Job Opportunities: It will broaden employment prospects of job seekers registered on the NCS Portal as they will gain access to vacancies not only within India but also in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
Seamless Job Integration: FoundIt will post job opportunities on the NCS Portal, enhancing employment prospects for job seekers.
- It will gather job demand from employers across India, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, looking to hire in both the formal and informal sectors.
- Relevant job listings will be integrated into the NCS Portal via APIs for seamless access.
Inclusive Hiring Practices: NCS Portal is committed to providing employment opportunities for women and persons with disabilities (PwDs).
