Denmark has announced the Green Transition Alliance India (GTAI) to strengthen collaboration with India on sustainable energy solutions and accelerate joint efforts toward global carbon neutrality.
About Green Transition Alliance India (GTAI)
Led by: Embassy and Consulate General of Denmark in India.
Objective: To foster sustainable energy growth in India through collaboration between businesses, government bodies, research institutions, and financial stakeholders from both countries.

Why is GTAI Needed?
Global Collaboration: The transition to a green economy requires international cooperation.
Danish Expertise: Denmark is a global leader in renewable energy, wind energy, and sustainability.
India’s Clean Energy Growth: India’s ambitious target of achieving net zero emissions by 2070 aligns with Denmark’s net zero goal by 2045.
Expanding the Green Strategic Partnership (GSP): GTAI is a continuation of the Green Fuels Alliance India (GFAI) and Wind Alliance India (WAI) under the GSP signed in 2020.

- Energy Efficiency – Smart Infrastructure and Sustainable Technologies.
