HAL & BEML Sign MoU for Collaboration in Training Programmes

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) and Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on leadership and technical training programmes aimed at skill development and professional excellence.

Strategic Collaboration for Skill Development: HAL Management Academy will design and deliver specialized training programs, including:

  • Induction training
  • Middle and senior management training
  • Specialized workshops
  • Certification programs in key technical areas like Six Sigma, quality, reliability, data analytics, and Industry 4.0.

Knowledge Sharing & Practical Exposure: The partnership will also provide:

  • Industrial visits
  • Joint conferences and knowledge-sharing sessions
