Sahil Kini, a well-known figure in India’s fintech ecosystem, has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Reserve Bank Innovation Hub (RBIH). Kini is an alumnus of IIT Madras and brings a wide range of strategic, entrepreneurial, and policy experience.

- Worked with McKinsey & Company, Aspada Investments, and Titan.
- Co-founded Setu, a fintech startup that was acquired by Pine Labs in 2022.
- Contributed significantly to the iSPIRIT Foundation, especially in the development of IndiaStack projects like – Aadhaar and Unified Payments Interface (UPI)
