Puducherry One-Time Regularisation Scheme 2025

Government of Puducherry has launched the “One-Time Regularisation Scheme 2025” to address unauthorised constructions and plan violations. This amnesty scheme allows regularisation of buildings constructed between May 1, 1987, and July 16, 2025 across all regions of the Union Territory.

  • Objective: To regularise buildings with unauthorised constructions and deviations from approved plans.
  • Eligibility: Buildings constructed and roofed/floored between 1 May 1987 and 16 July 2025.
  • Mode: Online only via the Online Building Permission System (OBPS).
  • Time Window: Applications must be submitted within one year from the publication of the official notification.
  • Mode of Application: Online only through the Online Building Permission System (OBPS).
  • Software Support: OBPS developed by the National Informatics Centre (NIC), Puducherry.
  • Required Documents: Checklist includes building plan, permits/certificates, ownership proof, etc.
