Government Launches ‘Khet Bachao Abhiyan’ Campaign

Union Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare has launched month-long ‘Khet Bachao Abhiyan’ from Raisen district, Madhya Pradesh. The campaign will run till 30 June and focuses on promoting sustainable farming practices, improving soil health, and ensuring balanced fertiliser use.

The initiative aims to provide timely advisory support to farmers, especially in the context of weather-related challenges, while ensuring active participation at the panchayat level and direct delivery of benefits to villages.
