Bihar Government has approved has approved following schemes for direct cash support to youths and artists, major outlays for religious and rural development, and reforms across the health, agriculture and infrastructure sectors.

Mukhya Mantri Pratigya Scheme (Internship Support Scheme)
- Objective: Provide paid internship support to youth post Class 12 to reduce unemployment and enhance industry-readiness.
- Eligibility:
- Age: 18 to 28 years
- Qualification:
- Passed Class 12
- ITI/Diploma
- Graduate/Postgraduate
- Skill development trained youth
- Financial Support:

Mukhya Mantri Kalakar Pension Yojana
- Purpose: Support traditional artists and preserve cultural heritage.
- Eligibility:
- Minimum 10 years of contribution to classical visual/performing arts
- Age ≥ 50 years
- Annual income ≤ ₹1.2 lakh
- Pension Amount: ₹3,000 per month
Mukhya Mantri Guru-Shishya Parampara Yojana
- Objective: Preserve and promote rare and endangered traditional arts.
- Structure:
- 2-year training from gurus to talented youth.
- Incentives:
- Gurus: ₹15,000/month
- Musicians: ₹7,500/month
- Pupils: ₹3,000/month
- Total Sanctioned (FY25): ₹1.11 crore
Extension of Mukhya Mantri Chikitsa Sahayta Kosh to Panchayati Raj Representatives
- Objective: Provide medical grants to elected PRI members.
- Financial Support (selected treatments):
- Cancer: ₹80,000 – ₹1.20 lakh
- Heart Ailments: ₹60,000 – ₹1.80 lakh
- Brain Surgery: ₹3 lakh
- Eye Surgery: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000
- Spinal Surgery: ₹1.80 lakh
- Kidney Transplant: ₹3 lakh
- Hip Replacement: ₹1.70 lakh
- Knee Replacement: ₹1.50 lakh
- Accident/Brain Hemorrhage: ₹1 lakh
