India achieved three Guinness World Records under the nationwide “Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan (SNSPA)”– a major women-centric and preventive healthcare campaign launched by Union Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW). The records highlight India’s digital health innovation, mass community mobilisation, and inter-ministerial collaboration to promote women’s health and family well-being.

- Occasion: Organised in conjunction with Poshan Maah (Nutrition Month)
- Objective: To ensure “Healthy Woman, Empowered Family, and Viksit Bharat” through preventive health care and nutrition awareness.
