MoHUA Launches ‘SABB Campaign’ Under Swachh Bharat-Urban

Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) launched the “Safai Apnao, Bimaari Bhagao (SABB)” campaign under Swachh Bharat Mission–Urban 2.0, running from 1st to 31st July 2025.

The campaign addresses the public health challenges posed by the monsoon season, with a focus on preventing water-borne and vector-borne diseases.

Key Features of SABB Campaign

Objective: To reduce disease outbreaks during monsoon through:

  • Proactive sanitation and hygiene promotion
  • Public engagement and inter-agency coordination
  • Surveillance and preventive actions in high-risk urban zones
