ReNew Power is set to develop India’s largest single-site Renewable Energy (RE) complex in Bethapalle village, Anantapur district, Andhra Pradesh, with a total investment of ₹22,000 crore (USD 2.5 billion).

- Total Generation Capacity: 2.8 GW, including:
- 1.8 GWp solar power
- 1 GW wind energy
- 2 GWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)
- Transmission Infrastructure: A 100-km Extra-High Voltage (EHV) line will be built to transmit power

- Solar: 587 MW
- Wind: 250 MW
- BESS: 415 MWh
- Phase-I Investment: ₹7,000 crore
- Output Feature: Capable of supplying power during 4 peak-demand hours daily, even during non-generation hours using BESS
