Bihar Government has launched ‘Bihar Vidya Saathi’, a 24×7 interactive digital learning platform designed to provide personalised academic support to students of Classes 9 to 12. The initiative combines live teacher assistance, digital study resources and AI-enabled learning tools, allowing students to continue their studies beyond regular school hours.

- Target beneficiaries: Around 3 lakh students studying in Classes 9–12.
- School coverage: The programme covers 700 Saraswati Vidya Niketan Model Schools across all 38 districts of Bihar.
- 24×7 teacher support: Around 75,000 teachers/live tutors will provide personalised one-to-one academic assistance round the clock.
- Teacher selection: Students can choose teachers according to their individual academic requirements.
- Additional learning: The platform supplements regular classroom teaching with online learning available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Competitive examinations: It will help students prepare for competitive examinations, particularly JEE and NEET, alongside their school and board examinations.
- Classes 9–10: Provides support across all subjects.
- Classes 11–12: Focuses on board examinations as well as competitive exam preparation.
- AI integration: The app incorporates AI-driven learning tools for conceptual practice and continuous self-study.
