Brazil Proposes Global Climate Action Council Ahead of COP30

Brazil has informally proposed formation of a Global Climate Change Council under United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). In a major prelude to COP30, this new proposal is aimed at fast-tracking implementation of COP decisions as well as enhance coordination and efficiency of global climate efforts.
