Delhi government has launched the Ayushman Vay Vandana Scheme, offering free healthcare coverage up to ₹10 lakh for senior citizens aged 70 years and above residing in Delhi. Total Coverage: Up to ₹10 lakh per person annually, split as:
- ₹5 lakh under general medical assistance.

Vay Vandana Health Card:
- Each registered beneficiary will receive a unique health card.
- It will store complete health records, check-up details, and emergency service info.
Free Diagnostics: All medical diagnostic tests are completely free for eligible citizens.

- Must possess a valid Aadhaar card.

- Includes chemotherapy, ICU care, surgeries, and 961 other treatments.

- The scheme is portable; beneficiaries can enroll from outside Delhi as long as they are residents.
